Nox (Codename) was once a soldier during the Manifestation Awakening and was part of the K9 Unit. An elite group of 9 black ops soldiers who worked with an animal partner on their missions. He later became a cybernetically enhanced resonator after he and his partner Teddy were nearly killed in an explosion set by a member of the L Squad he got too close to taking down.
Unfortunately, the rest of the K9 Unit didn’t survive. This incident turned Nox into a resonator and now he works to protect those who cannot protect themselves as a part of the DPD Assassin Task Force. He is sent after only the most dangerous manifestations. Nox was also reunited and paired with his trusty canine, now turned psychic, Teddy who is now known as T.E.D. (Technologically Enhanced Dog).
Only certain operatives are assigned a C.E.B. (Cybernetically Enhanced Beast) as the bond formed between operative and beast is done so on a spiritual level making the bond permanent. Once bonded, agents and C.E.B.s share all skills, abilities, and energy levels. Now stronger than ever, Nox fights for the people alongside his partner who is one of the few people he trusts to have his back.

Akuma gives him the ability to see the strings that attach those laws to our very world. Once a law has been cut, it no longer has its effect but cuts can also be reconnected.

RONIN (PASSIVE))(level access 1-20)
This ability allows Nox to to cut the very laws that bind existence together, and the law of cause and effect. This ability can also be used to repair or even enhance the bonds between all things as Nox cuts away the imperfections that exist there.
DOUBLE JEOPARDY (ACTIVATED))(level access 5-20)
When activated this allows Nox to cut the attack or skill of any thing he makes contact with regardless of defense. If used on a person, that person has a stat of Nox’s choosing reduced to zero and these stats are added to Nox and T.E.D. 's current stats. Once used on an attack, skill, or person, the user cannot regain what was lost until Nox sheaths the blade that cut it.
VOID (ACTIVATED) (level access 5-20)
When activated Nox creates a 60ft sphere around himself. While in this sphere any law that Nox speaks of is then cut off from his sphere. The number of laws he can effect is equal to the number of dials on his body. This skill lasts up to 1hr.
K9 (ACTIVATED)(level access 5-20)
When activated Nox summons the souls of his old unit. All K9 members have the same skills as Nox, except for his Ultimate, and can sever souls while their animal partners can consume them. Souls consumed this way provide energy and healing for Nox, T.E.D., and their allies.
ANARCHY (ULTIMATE) (Duration: 5 min per dial. Up to 2.5hrs))(level access10-20)
When activated this there is no law or concept that works on Nox or his allies within 100 ft of him upon activation. All cooldowns and restrictions on skills, even ultimates, are lifted until this skill ends. Anything, other than a law, cut by Nox in this state is erased across fiction as it has been severed from text. (Cooldown: 24hrs)

Elemental slash(activate)(level access 5-20)
When activated if the user slashes in opponent, they can apply an elemental effect to that opponent, as an additional ability, they can also apply antimatter or a dark matter, and its effect is equal to that of the users level
Teleportation(passive) (level access1-20)
The user can teleport instantly anywhere they want the range is limited to the user’s level
Telekinesis(passive) (level access 5-20)
The user can move objects or targets with their mind. They can also stop targets in their place. The range and effectiveness of disability is dictated by the user’s level.
Energy manipulation/energy projection(passive) (level access 1-20)
this ability allows the user to use energy-based attacks from beams energy/is or energy blast, while at the same time the user can manipulate energy that is used against them. The effectiveness and range of these abilities are dictated by the user’s levels.
