RESONATING CHARACTER
(Star breaker)
Star breaker is a fictional character in verses, but in her Comic book, she belongs to a guild, called the star destroyers in this guild. There are several factors her faction. Specifically, there called Star warriors and they are the defenders of existence itself now how do they do that well, they use star power. star power allows them to call upon the energy of the universe with this energy. Nothing stands in their way of protecting all lice in the universe.

This ability allows Viv to immediately become one level higher than any target she lays eyes on. This ability is limited to the highest level she can reach at the time.
MODERATOR (ACTIVATED)(level access5-20)
This ability allows Viv to have direct insight into the skills of other resonators. Once she has identified these skills (time needed is 10sec per level) she can mute or block the skills of that resonator so long as she is at the same level or higher.
DISCORD (ACTIVATED) (level access 10-20)
When activated Viv can disrupt the abilities of her enemies in her surrounding area by swapping their Skills and taking on one of them as an added effect to this Skill
Trading blows (activate) (level access 10-20)
Every time Viv lands a physical attack she gets a knuckle counter what this means that VIV can then use these counters to not only counter inability or an attack of her opponent. She can redirect it back onto them, and even though every physical attack will give her a counter, and the counters can stack, they can only stack to the level of viv
STRIKE! (ACTIVATED)(level access 10-20)
When activated every strike that Viv uses on a person does damage to their skill tree. It takes her 1 strike to disable a passive, 2 strikes to disable a skill of her choice, 3 strikes to disable all activated skills, and a 4th disables their ultimate. This effect lasts 2hrs per strike.
BANISHMENT (ULTIMATE) (Duration: 3hr)(level access 10)
When activated, Viv’s power gauntlets allow her to banish the books of any person she strikes. These books are cut off from them and their abilities are separated from them permanently or until Viv relieves them of the Banned condition. Cooldown: 1 day

Star breaker allows the user to not only physically harm their enemy, but it also allows the user to break down the target at a cellular level, destroying the very cells of the opponent with the force of a star once activated, this ability is increased by the users level

When the activated the user can punch the target into next week, sending them through time and space a week ahead
Dying star(activate)(level access10-20)
When I activated the user can punch with the force of a dying star equal to the user’s level
Punching the clock(activate)(level access12-20)
Once activated, the user can control time, the user simply punches their fist together, and they control the flow of time rather, it stops moves forward, rewinds, fast forward, or unravels if an opponent takes a direct hit from disability the opponent ages
